Bryan W. Black

Biography
Bryan W. Black is a graduate from Western Carolina University and a 2002 graduate of Nova Southeastern University. Mr. Black is admitted to the Middle and Southern Federal District Courts and the United States 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Black is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, American Institute of Architects (Allied member), and presenter to the American Society of Civil Engineers. Mr. Black has experience in civil and commercial litigation and appellate work. Mr. Black focuses on complex construction, civil litigation, professional liability insurance defense, premises liability, products liability, architectural and engineering copyright issues, toxic tort, and insurance agent/broker errors and omissions cases in all Florida Courts both State and Federal. Mr. Black is defense counsel in the Multi District Litigation (“MDL”) action involving thousands of Chinese Drywall property damage claims throughout the Southeast United States. He also assists his clients with contract creation, review and enforcement.

Mr. Black recently joined the Florida East Coast Chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America.
