Lindsey Tercilla is a graduate of The University of Florida, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Journalism with a concentration in business administration, and her Juris Doctor and Pro Bono Certificate from The University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law (Go Gators!). Following in the footsteps of her family’s business, Ms. Tercilla focuses her practice on construction litigation, in which she represents design professionals, general contractors, and subcontractors in construction defect and negligent design cases. Ms. Tercilla previously worked at the Ninth Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office and clerked for Derrevere Stevens Black & Cozad before joining the firm as an Associate Attorney. She volunteers her time with the Golden Retriever Rescue of Mid Florida as an application screener for the adoption team.
