Marjorie Levine is a graduate of The George Washington University, where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts degrees in Biology and Environmental Studies. She received her Juris Doctor and Environmental Law Certificate from Pace University School of Law. She focuses her practice on representing owners, design professionals, general contractors, and subcontractors, in disputes involving a wide range of construction projects, including negotiating project disputes, mechanics’ liens, construction defects, and design negligence. Ms. Levine has experience in consumer financial services litigation, appellate work, and environmental enforcement and litigation. She is a member of the Appellate and Environmental and Land Uses Sections of the Bar. She is certified to practice in Florida, New Jersey and New York. Ms. Levine also volunteers her time with the Junior League of the Palm Beaches and sits on the Board of Snook and Gamefish Foundation.
