Lindsey Tercilla is a Double Gator graduate of The University of Florida (Go Gators!), where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Journalism with a concentration in business administration, and she received her Juris Doctor and Pro Bono Certificate from The University of Florida Fredrick G. Levin College of Law. Following in the footsteps of her family’s business, Ms. Tercilla focuses her practice on construction litigation in which she primarily represents design professionals, general contractors, and subcontractors in a wide variety of construction defect and negligent design cases. Ms. Tercilla has previous experience in criminal law, specifically criminal prosecution, and she previously clerked for the firm on several of our teams. She volunteers her time with the Golden Retriever Rescue of Mid Florida as an application screener for the adoption team.
