Marni Rogalsky graduated from Newcomb College of Tulane University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree and obtained her law degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 1991.  While at UM, she was a certified legal intern for the Public Defender’s Office of Miami-Dade County, where she worked after graduating.  She then spent 3 years at the Florida Office of the Attorney General, defending the State of Florida, its agencies, and officials in civil rights actions, negligence cases, and various other matters in State and Federal Courts.  Ms. Rogalsky entered private practice in 1997, and has worked in the insurance defense industry since then, with the exception of 2 years during which she represented injured individuals in personal injury cases.  For the insurance companies, Ms. Rogalsky has litigated virtually every  type of civil action, from wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases to construction defect litigation, legal malpractice, contractual disputes, and claims for personal injury protection benefits and property damage.  Ms. Rogalsky has tried over a dozen civil cases to verdict.  In her spare time, Ms. Rogalsky has dedicated countless hours to fostering dogs and cats for the Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League, in addition to raising her two human children, one of whom currently is a proud Gator!
